ThetaHealing is a healing technique that focuses on altering brainwave states (similar to hypnosis) to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The technique involves identifying limiting beliefs (which are at the ROOT of any & all issues!) and reprogramming them with positive, empowering beliefs to promote wellbeing, healing and personal growth.

It is a guided, meditative process that connects to and channels the energy of the ‘Creator of All That Is’. This modality offers a deep inner exploration to get to the root of an issue and release it.

It is a spiritual philosophy & healing modality that connects with the Seventh Plane of Existence (Creator/Source/Universe/God etc). This is a non-denominational modality.

Sessions are between 60-90 minutes (sample flow of a session is outlined below).

 

Description

Here’s a brief overview:

Origin:

Theta Healing was developed by Vianna Stibal, an intuitive healer and naturopath, in 1995. Stibal claims she discovered the technique after being diagnosed with cancer and experiencing a spontaneous healing during a meditation session. She began teaching the method to others and published her first book, ‘Go Up and Seek God,’ in 1997. Since then, Theta Healing has gained popularity worldwide, with over 500,000 practitioners, offering sessions and workshops worldwide.

Method:

ThetaHealing involves entering a theta brainwave state, which is a deeply relaxed state similar to meditation/hypnosis. In this state, clients access their subconscious mind to identify and change limiting beliefs and negative patterns. This allows for healing on multiple levels, including physical ailments, emotional trauma, and spiritual growth.

Session:

Here’s the general flow of a session:

  1. The client comes with an intention to work on. They sit upright & are guided in the ThetaHealing Meditation (the session is done in a meditative Theta state).
  2. The practitioner will help the client to dig deeper in their intention & identify some limiting beliefs.
  3. These limiting beliefs are then cleared & replaced with more empowering beliefs.
  4. The practitioner will ‘download’ feelings to support the new beliefs.
  5. Practitioner will use other supports as necessary.
  6. Client is guided back to the present moment & they can open their eyes.
  7. Sessions usually last between 60 – 90 minutes.

  • All purchases are final and cannot be refunded (but can be transferred to another person).
  • 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment. After 2 reschedules, the  session is forfeited.
  • Failure to show up to a pre-booked session (without advance notice) results in that session being forfeited. 15 minute grace period allocated (which is taken from the overall session time).
